Last updated: November 2025This License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all digital products sold or distributed by Nouvelle Digital Art (“we”, “our”, “us”), including but not limited to: Procreate brushes, 3D models, PNG mockups, tattoo designs, stencils, and fonts (“Digital Products”).By purchasing, downloading, or using our Digital Products, you (“the Customer”, “you”) agree to the terms below.1. License TypeWhen you purchase a product from us, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license.You are not buying the copyright—only permission to use the assets under the rules below.2. Allowed Uses (You Can Do)You are allowed to:✔ Use the digital products for your own artworkIncluding tattoo designs, concept art, client mockups, personal projects, and portfolio images.✔ Use them commercially in your own finished artworkExamples:Creating tattoo designs for clients
Selling prints of your original designs
Using mockups to present your work
Incorporating brushes into artwork you sell✔ Modify, combine, or edit the assetsYou can adjust, rearrange, re-color, or incorporate them into your final work.3. Forbidden Uses (You Cannot Do)To protect the creators and product value, you may NOT:❌ Resell, share, or distribute the digital filesThis includes:Posting the files online
